    In the video shown at the top with the fiddle and lyrics, is the last verse sung followed by the last measure – line 29?  In other words, the fiddle starts in on measure 29 for the last part?

    That’s exactly right! That is called a “tag,” where the last line of the song is repeated as an ending.
