Would love to have a lesson on this one John.

    Dave,

I just listened to you playing Pass Me Not on one of your videos.
You did a fantastic  job on this one.  Were you playing in B flat?

Do you have it tab out somewhere?

    Thanks,

    Kenny

    Kenny thanks!

I learned that from a video of Blaine Sprouse playing it.

    Yes, it is in Bb.

I don’t have a tab for it but I could try to write it out if you like.

Here is the video I learned it from: As yu can see, I simplified it quite a bit…

    Steve,

I agree about a lesson for this one.  Dave plays a great version of this one.
Would love to see his tabs too!

Bb is home to so many absolutely wonderful fiddle tunes. Tunes like: Windy City Rag, The New Camptown Races, Daley’s Reel, Presidential Hornpipe, etc., etc.

I agree. I’d love to see a lesson here on Bb double stops. So cool!

    Fred,

    B Flat Climbing double stops

Here are some b flat double stops that Dave shared with me. I try these everyday.  The second set 7/3 is the hardest one for me.

I’ve always liked “New Camptown Races” tune.  Just can’t play it.
