Sad week for Country Music. A day after the worst-rated CMA awards show since 2010, legendary musician Roy Clark has died at age 85.
Maybe it’s time for country to get back to its roots?
I saw that he had died on another forum just earlier. It’s sad to see such an amazing musician and entertainer with such a sense of humor pass on. R.I.P. Roy
Wow I just watched that video, and oh my upside down cave blats he was so good, and funny too.
He was an incredible musician, on multiple instruments. Really a groundbreaker in many respects. My hat is off to Roy!
Yes he was a great !
Sad to see him go. I guess most of us, from many generations, grew up with Roy Clark! Always an inspiration, on any instrument.
Loved HE HAW. Roy made that show work. Got in a couple of local TV news stories last night unexpectedly about Roy at Jana Jaes class.
Oh yea I forgot to mention Roy lived in Tulsa and did a lot for the area. He had a elementary school named after him in Tulsa.
Not surprising he’d be generous with his home town. Seems like a nice guy.
That was a great tribute by Jana Jae.
Wow! I use to love watching him on HeeHaw!
This brought me out of my seat today
Sad were all charging strait ahead to our finally farewell , Guess you could say were all going to get there too !
