BluegrassDaddy Flash Mob!!!!

A very good friend of ours had a special birthday last week.  This very good friend LOVES flash mobs.  This was the perfect combination for us to do something that we have wanted to do for years - FLASH MOB!  We chose our local mall for the setting of this exciting drama.  Our Fiddle Camp families and many other friends were invited to join in and we were so very relieved when about 50 people showed up.  One nerve-racking aspect to flash mob planning is the worry that no one else will show up!  We had two wonderful young men video for us so you can see the excitement.  Our flash mob was pretty tame compared to some we've seen but that suited us fine, especially since this was our first.  The whole thing was SO exciting - our girls were so nervous (and slightly embarrassed), getting everyone organized and hidden,  John starting the whole thing BY HIMSELF in the middle of the mall - but the highlight was the total surprise on our friend's face when she realized what was happening.  It was quite priceless.  So enjoy these photos of our flash mob and the video highlighting it all!
